2. Click “Add to Cart” at the bottom of the description of your selected Package.

3. Click “Continue shopping” if you wish to add any Additional Services & Products to your purchase. Click “Add to Cart” for any Additional Services & Products you wish to purchase.

4. Click “Proceed to checkout” when you are ready to complete your purchase. Follow the payment instructions to complete your purchase.

5. You will receive an email instructing you how to complete your Background Analyzer, which will be attached to that email in several computer formats.

6. After completing the Analyzer, return it to us by email or fax.

7. We will quickly review your completed Background Analyzer and contact you by email or telephone to arrange a convenient time for your telephone consultation.

8. We work together during your telephone consultation to identify your key goals, skills, accomplishments, and job targets.

9. We will quickly forward by email or fax a draft of your customized resume package. We usually forward a draft of your customized resume Package within 2 to 3 business days after your telephone consultation. For expedited service, you may choose the 24 Hour Turnaround Option.

10. You may then make any comments and changes to your resume Package.

11. We will quickly forward by email or fax your revised resume Package.

12. In addition to email or fax delivery of your revised resume Package, if you purchased an Executive Package from us, your resume and other documents on a flash computer drive will be mailed to you by United State Postal Service Priority Mail within 2 business days after final completion of your revised resume Package.

Returns and Refunds Policy

You may request a refund of your purchase price of any of our products and services within 24 hours of your purchase so long as such products and/or services have not yet been forwarded or provided to you.
